Gouache paint on vintage botanical encyclopedia page encased in beveled glass with pressed wild grasses on transparent light amber yellow glass, and hanging gems and bevel.
2x9”
This piece is sealed for UV protection, however I still recommend to keep out of harsh, direct sunlight for long periods of time to help preserve the color in the pressed flora and paintings. They may eventually fade over time in these conditions. Windows or areas with low moisture are recommended if not hanging on a wall.
**Caution: please be aware soldered glass contains small amounts of lead. Please wash hands after handling**
