Refund policy

All sales are final.

If there is any problem you encounter with your order, please contact me at katielevanart@gmail.com or through the 'Contact' page.

 

If an item arrives damaged, please include pictures when contacting me.

 

Missing or Stolen Packages

A refund will NOT be provided if the returned package is lost in the mail. Please file a claim with USPS if your return package is lost.

Katie LeVan Artwork is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the USPS if you suspect your incoming package is missing or stolen. 

YOU are responsible for entering your correct shipping address. Please double check you've entered the correct information and contact me right away if it needs correcting. If you've accidentally shipped your package to, for example - a previous address, no refund will be provided and no action will be taken from Katie LeVan Artwork.
